How to Stop Harassing Calls From Creditors
By Ray Zimmerman
Since so many individuals are out of work, thousands of families have gotten behind in paying their financial obligations. For these individuals, life has taken a turn for the worse and they are being constantly hounded by bill collectors at all hours of the day and night. Most companies try to collect money from their customers that have fallen behind in their payments. The larger companies have special departments with personnel that have been specifically trained to contact these customers. Some of these companies are somewhat compassionate and will try to work with their customers, while others are only concerned about getting as much money from these individuals as soon as possible. These companies border on extreme harassment and can be stopped from doing so. Many companies will turn these accounts over to a collection agency if they feel that their attempts to collect a bad debt is fruitless. Since the collection agency works on a percentage of what is collected, some of these companies can also become a nuisance to the individual that they are pursuing... to say the least. I will provide another article shortly that will specifically deal with these very insistent and annoying individuals. If you happen to be one of these unfortunate persons, you're going to be overjoyed with the information that I am about to provide. I’m going to show you how to stop a company from making harassing phone calls to your home and to your work place. You will be able to stop a company from contacting you by simply using the form letter below. After you send this letter, you will be able to take that particular company to court if they continue to contact you by phone and they will have to pay all court costs and all of your attorney fees which will eliminate the debt that you currently owe them. That almost sounds too good to be true! To utilize the form letter below, simply highlight and copy this letter and then paste it directly into your favorite word processor. You're right! Everyone should first try to communicate with a creditor if they are having difficulty meeting their financial obligations because of extenuating circumstances. When you cannot communicate with these companies and you are tired of their harassing phone calls... it's time to send them one of these letters.
This is definitely a better alternative than packing up and leaving in the dead of night.
